Paula Rhyne was elected to the City Council Nov. 2, 2021 to represent District 2. Councilmember Rhyne is the chair to Economic & Cultural Vitality which includes arts, culture and events, economic development and the Everett Public Library. She is also liaison to the Parks Board, Library Board, Council of Neighborhoods and Homelessness Advisory Commission.
Councilmember Rhyne also works in the following assignment areas:
- Parks & Quality of Life Services - parks, recreation access and services, Everett Animal Shelter, Council of Neighborhoods and the Climate Action Plan.
- Homelessness and Housing - affordable housing, homeless services and supportive services
