Beginning April 5, the Clerk’s Office will open for in-person appointments Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m. for:
Business license applications
B&O tax questions
Parking permit applications
Public records requests
Special event applications
Masks and social distancing are required while in City facilities.

The Clerk’s Office is committed to open public government and to serving you.
The City Clerk retains the official record of all formal meetings of the City Council, acts as the custodian of the City seal and official City records, and codifies all Ordinances into the Everett Municipal Code. Many of these documents can be found on our Digital Records Center.
The Clerk’s Office is the point of contact for the public to request records. The Public Records Officer manages all public records requests on behalf of the city, excluding Police Department/Code Enforcement records.
