Artist reception: Thursday, January 17, 5-8pm. With the help of Joseph Rossano we are celebrating the 40 glass artists who have volunteered countless hours to School: The Joseph Rossano Salmon Project. This exhibit is an opportunity to thank these talented makers for their environmental advocacy and showcase their individual artistic talents.

Celebrate the sweet side of being a father at Everett Parks & Community Services’ annual Valentine-themed Daddy Daughter Dance. Join the party on Friday, Feb. 8, or Saturday, Feb. 9, from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Carl Gipson Senior Center’s Cascade View Hall, 3025 Lombard Ave.
Light refreshments and commemorative photos are included in the registration fee of $34 per father-daughter pair, and $6 for each additional child. Register in person at the Recreation Office in Forest Park, over the phone at 425-257-8300 ext. 2, or online at www.everettwa.gov/register. Please use the father’s name when registering.
