  1. Living Well with Chronic Conditions Workshop

    May 29, 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM @ The Everett Clinic Conference Center

    This free workshop helps you better manage ongoing health conditions (such as diabetes, chronic pain, heart disease, asthma, arthritis or hypertension) and improve the quality of your life. In six weeks people will learn to: manage medications, exercise safely, make and achieve goals, deal with depression and communicate effectively. Family members, friends and caregivers are welcome to attend. Presented by Senior Services of Snohomish County and The Everett Clinic.

  2. Meet Mata Amritanandamayi AMMA

    May 30, 11:00 AM - June 1 @ XFINITY Arena at Everett

    Meet Mata Amritanandamayi, AMMA, one of the world’s most accessible humanitarian and spiritual leaders. Free programs are held daily and include inspirational music, meditation, spiritual discourse and personal blessings. AMMA, known as India’s Hugging Saint, is revered throughout the world for transforming the lives of millions of people one embrace at a time. In the past 40 years, AMMA has physically hugged and comforted over 34 million people. For the first time ever in Snohomish County, AMMA will offer five free public program at XFINITY Arena. Tickets are not required; all events are free to the public. Numbered tokens for individual blessings are distributed 90 minutes prior to each morning program (8:30 am and 9:30 am), and at 5:45 pm for the evening program. DEVI BHAVA tokens are distributed at 5:45 pm. Tokens are limited by time constraints. In addition to daily sessions, DEVI BHAVA on June 1 is a special program devoted to World Peace.     BobaKhan Toy Store is celebrating it's GRAND OPENING for it's new 6,500 sq. ft. flagship store! To celebrate, there will be sales throughout the store as well as there will be SUPER HEROES wandering around the store for picture taking opportunities! No purchase necessary, however, we are asking that each attendee PLEASE bring one can of food per person, as the donations will be made in the cosplayers group's name to the VOA (Volunteers of America) Food Bank of Everett to thank them for donating their time for this event.
