2. Arboretum Use Agreement
   The City of Everett Parks and Community Services Department requires the renter of said facility to abide by the park rules and regulations, and restore it to the manner in which it was found upon their arrival. Failure to comply will result in additional charges to be billed to the renter for cleaning or damage issues.
4. It will be the responsibility of the renter to:*

   1. Ensure all plants and plantings in the Arboretum are not damaged. Flowers and plants are not allowed to be picked.
   2. Remove all decorations, personal items and rental items at the end of event.
   3. Rice, confetti, bird seed and silly string are not allowed in the Arboretum.
   4. Bag and place garbage in establised garbage cans.
   5. Ensure sign placed in holder at entrance of Arboretum by renter is removed at the end of event.
