   Mayor Cassie Franklin and Everett’s Cultural Arts Commission invite you to submit nominations for the 2023 Mayor’s Arts Awards and the prestigious Richard and Nancy Wendt Award of Excellence. 

   The awards recognize artists, arts organizations, and community members, who are committed to enriching the Everett community through the arts. 

   All nominations will be reviewed and selected by the Cultural Arts Commission. Selected recipients will then be honored at a ceremony scheduled for April 11, 2024.

   Nominations are due Dec. 29, 2023

32. RICHARD AND NANCY WENDT AWARD OF EXCELLENCE

    The Richard and Nancy Wendt Award of Excellence is a lifetime achievement award honoring individuals who have consistently supported the arts through a lifetime of philanthropic & volunteer service and/or continued excellence and achievement in their art field.

34. MAYOR'S ARTS AWARD

    The Mayor's Arts Awards recognize the many ways a vibrant arts community is created and sustained. Do you know of a person, people or organization that has made Everett a better place through their creative efforts, vision or patronage? Please nominate them and explain why they should receive a Mayor's Arts Award. The commission will review the nominations and create award titles that best describe the person or organization.
