I understand that I receive foster care animals at my own risk and can decline to accept any animal for which EAS has asked me to provide care. I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify EAS from any injuries, health problems or loss sustained by myself, any animals or people residing in my home or any third parties, which may be caused by the animal(s) I am fostering. I acknowledge that EAS is not responsible for any property damage suffered by myself, people residing in my home, or third parties.
