All rental fees and cleaning/damage deposit must be paid at time of reservation. Prices are subject to change.
Change & Cancellation Fees
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation requests will be forwarded to the Recreation Office Supervisor. Cancellations made more that 60 days prior to rental will receive 50% of the rental fee back. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations 60 days or less prior to the event. 100% of the damage deposit will be returned.
Set Up, Cleaning & Take DownTime for set-up, cleaning and take down must be included in the rental.

$200 no alcohol | $400 with alcohol
Refundable damage / cleaning deposit on all halls is $200 without alcohol, $400 with alcohol. No alcohol is permitted outdoors at any hall / facility.
User groups must obtain a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor Control Board website and post it in a prominent place within the facility on the date of their event. A copy of the permit must be filed with the Recreation Office at least one week prior to use of the facility.
