How do I make a utility bill payment using the “Pay Now” payment service?
  • Enter your Customer Number and Account Number.
  • The payment amount will  automatically fill with your most recent account balance. If you want to pay an amount other than your account balance, you will need to enter it manually.
  • Select your payment method.
  • Enter your bank account or bank card information.
  • Enter your name, address, phone number and email address.
  • Submit the payment and receive your payment confirmation reference ID.

You will need to enter this information each time you make a payment using the “Pay Now” payment service. We recommend that you enroll in the online bill pay (AutoPay) service to avoid having to re-key this information each time you make a payment.
