We asked for help on Giving Tuesday and you've generously given more than $17,500! The animals are so grateful for your support.

We have just one more story to share: the day before Thanksgiving, tiny Beryl was found facedown in a parking lot, ice cold and swarming with fleas. She arrived at the shelter barely alive and while being examined by our veterinarian she stopped breathing and her heart stopped beating.

But Beryl, weighing less than 1 pound, is strong and as her body began to warm she found the strength to fight for her life. Her heart started back up and she began to breathe again. Beryl will need weeks of care to regain her strength and be healthy enough for a new home.

Your generous gifts will provide tiny Beryl and so many other homeless animals with the veterinary care they need for a second chance at life.

Help us reach our stretch goal of $20,000 by midnight tonight!
