For many of us, the past couple of months have been hectic, confusing and filled with fear as we navigate this pandemic. Gypsy also experienced a life-altering change when she was surrendered to us because she needed an expensive procedure to save her life.
Gypsy had been sick for months and now her world was turned upside down when she found herself no longer at home, safe with her family, but in our clinic awaiting surgery. You can imagine how scared she must have been.
Our veterinarian was shocked to remove a baby pacifier from inside her stomach, which had been causing pain and complications. But thanks to our community's support, we were able to perform the surgery to save Gypsy's life.
