Hopeworks is proposing to build 65 units of supportive housing over 2 stories of commercial kitchen, restaurant, retail, and other training spaces. Parking will be off Broadway and below grade from the alley. The City has issued a proposed Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS). The public comment period on the MDNS ends on August 10, 2017.
