At about 9:30 a.m. on May 9th, officers were dispatched to Wells Fargo Bank (1801 Broadway Ave) in Everett on the report of a robbery. When officers arrived, the male suspect had already fled the bank and a K-9 track was unsuccessful. The teller told officers that a male entered the bank and handed her a note demanding money. When she hesitated, the male left. No weapons were seen or implied and no money was taken.
