[ARCHIVED] Everett Police Department attempts to ID burglary suspect

051917: Attempt to ID 76 Station burglary suspect

At about 1:30 am on May 15th, Everett Police responded to an alarm at the 76 Station (2802 Hewitt Ave) where they found the front glass door broken and a white Honda leaving the business in a reckless manner. Due to safety concerns, officers did not pursue the Honda.

Surveillance video shows the Honda circled the business several times before using the front bumper to break the glass doors. The Honda left, but returned minutes later so the male driver could enter the business to steal cigarettes and scratch tickets. As officers arrived, the vehicle sped away.

The white male driver wore a blue hoodie with green writing, light colored jeans and black shoes.

Based on the investigation, it has been determined the white Honda is a stolen vehicle.

Detectives believe this male also burglarized Buds Garage (3015 Everett Ave) about 3 hours later by also using the Honda’s bumper to force their doors open.
