Item 1: Zoning Text Amendment, Accessory Dwelling Units
A public hearing to consider an amendment to the zoning code regarding accessory dwelling units (ADU). The proposal would allow a larger ADU if located completely on a single floor and if the building was in existence prior to March 8, 2017 or had been built at least three years prior to an application to covert the space into an ADU.
The public is encouraged to attend and provide comments for consideration by thePlanning Commission.
