Item 2: Comprehensive Plan Text Amendments, COMP 17-002
A public hearing to consider amendments to: Chapter 4, Housing Element regarding distribution of subsidized rental housing; Chapter 5, Transportation Element, to add the six yeartransportation improvement program (TIP) as Appendix A-3; Chapter 6, Capital Facilities andUtilities Element, to be consistent with the city’s capital budget and add the proposed SupportiveHousing Project as a capital budget item; and Chapter 9, Parks and Recreation Element, to beconsistent with the recently adopted 2016 Parks, Recreation and Open Space (PROS) Plan.
Item 3: 2016-17 Annual Docket Completion
A resolution concluding the Planning Commission’s recommendations regarding the 2016-17updates, amendments and revisions to the Everett Comprehensive Plan.
