[ARCHIVED] New "open for business" time for the animal shelter

Starting Tuesday, January 2, 2017 the animal shelter will open for business at 11am (instead of 10am). Closing time will stay the same at 5pm; and the shelter will still be open 7 days a week (excluding holidays).
