The City of Everett has committed to providing housing opportunities for our chronically homeless population, many of whom struggle extensively with mental illness and addiction. We are currently working with Catholic Housing Services/Catholic Community Services to build a permanent supportive apartment facility with on-site services and case management for 70 chronically homeless individuals.
