The City has received an application for a four-story, 165 unit, assisted living facility located at 1806 and 1830 Hollow Dale Place. The proposal also includes a reasonable use exception to reduce critical area buffers with enhancement mitigation plantings. A proposed Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance has been issued. The public comment period ends on September 7, 2016.
