[ARCHIVED] Shooting leaves two dead and one injured in Everett.

EVERETT, WA – Major Crimes detectives are investigating a shooting that left two dead and one injured inside a house.

 Just after 4:00 p.m. today, Officers were dispatched to reports of multiple people shot inside a house in the 2000 block of Lexington Ave. 

 When officers arrived on the scene, they located a male in his 40s in the residence’s doorway with an apparent gunshot injury. He responded to the officers’ commands and exited the residence for medical treatment. Officers searched the inside of the residence and found two adult males, both in their 40s, with apparent gunshot injuries. Officers attempted lifesaving efforts of the two males inside, but both were declared deceased when medics arrived. The suspect fled from the location before police arrival. 

 Major Crimes detectives are still investigating the relationship between the victims and the suspect, the circumstances around the shooting, and developing suspect information.
