Public comment is open for Tier 1 Environmental Review Record for the Minor Home Repair Program of Senior Services of Snohomish County, dba Homage.
Homage's Minor Home Repair program serves hundreds of low/moderate income Everett residents each year with minor home rehabilitation projects. The Tier 1 Environmental Review will provide a five-year broad-level environmental review on housing properties within City of Everett limits. Once a house is chosen to receive aid, a Tier 2 review will be conducted to approve site-specific regulations.
