For the 2021, 9% tax credit allocation round, the Finance Commission adopted changes to the allocation policy for the Metro Pool counties. In response to these policy changes and with the participation and agreement of funding agencies and affordable housing developers in Snohomish County, the Tax Credit Work Group of the Housing Consortium of Everett and Snohomish County has received approval from the WSHFC for the attached process for selecting one project for the 2021 9% LIHTC allocation round that shall be designated as the Priority Project for Snohomish County.
In order to be considered for designation, the attached Snohomish County Scoring Worksheet must be submitted to the Finance Commission and the Housing Consortium of Everett and Snohomish County by the Finance Commission’s 2021 application due date of November 4, 2020.
