Claudia McClain started McClain Insurance Services in 1977, as a newly married 23-year-old who had just moved to Everett. More than 40 years later, her independent insurance agency has grown dramatically, serving thousands of families in the Pacific Northwest.

But the heart of the agency has always been their commitment to community. Everett Animal Shelter has been a McClain community partner since 2017.
