Little ghouls and goblins will be out this Saturday to trick-or-treat on Halloween. The Everett Police Department wants everyone to be safe!

Have a fun night and make safety a priority:

For Kids:
-Trick-or-treat in groups
-Stay in populated areas and avoid alleys
-Remind you child to NEVER enter anyone’s home or car
-Use glow sticks and reflective tape to help illuminate costumes
-Obey all traffic signs - look before crossing the street
-Never cross the street from between parked cars or in the middle of a block
-Set a curfew so you know when to expect your child to be home

For Adults:
-Accompany children or have adults walk the neighborhood
-Check candy before its eaten
-Only give out commercially wrapped treats
