The City of Everett’s Citizen Advisory Committee will hold a remote public hearing on Thursday, April 23 at 4 p.m. PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES FROM THE COVID-19 CRISIS, THIS MEETING WILL BE CALL-IN ONLY. Public comments will be accepted until 5 p.m., Wednesday, April 22, 2020.
The Committee will meet to discuss additional CDBG funding that the City will receive as part of the National Emergency Financial Package in response to the COVID-19 crisis in the amount of $534,380.00, as well as reallocation of 2020 HOME dollars in the amount of $281,562.00 and 2019 CDBG funds in the amount of $162,500.00. Additional discussion to include amendments to the 2019 Annual Action Plan, 2015 – 2019 Consolidated Plan, 2020 – 2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Annual Action Plan. The funding recommendation is to be presented to City Council at a later time.

El Comité se va a reunir para discutir la financiación adicional de CDBG (Fundación Global de Desarrollo Comunal) que la Ciudad va a recibir como parte del Paquete Financiero de Emergencia Nacional en respuesta a la crisis COVID-19 por un monto de $ 534.380,00, así como la reasignación de dólares de 2020 HOME por un monto de $ 281.562,00 y fondos CDBG de 2019 por un monto de $ 162.500,00.
