Out of an abundance of caution and to help slow the spread of COVID-19, the City of Everett is cancelling the benefit concert with the Lonely Hearts Club scheduled for March 13. Everett Parks & Community Services will issue full refunds to all who registered for the concert. For questions about the concert or refunds, please contact the Parks Recreation Office at 425-257-8300 ext. 2 or recreation@everettwa.gov.

The Snohomish Health District announced new recommendations to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in the community at a joint press conference with the City of Everett and Snohomish County on March 5, 2020. Those recommendations included avoiding non-essential gatherings and large groups of 50 people or more and postponing or cancelling events if possible. As such, the City of Everett is assessing and canceling some large City-sponsored events and gatherings.
