Please attend our Open House on Thursday, Feb. 27 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Everett Station and share your thoughts about what housing should look like in your neighborhood.
What should housing look like in your neighborhood?
Rethink Zoning is looking at housing types throughout the city, such as attached townhouses, corner-lot duplexes or cottage housing. At the Open House, we will have sketches that illustrate what this might look like in your neighborhood. Are you supportive of adding new housing types but concerned about what they might look like or impact your neighborhood? Come look at the examples and provide your input on what you like or don’t like.
What zoning is being looked at in your neighborhood?
Rethink Zoning has drafted new zoning maps which reduce the number of zones from 31 to 12. To find out the zoning in your neighborhood, or anywhere within the city, we have created an online interactive map that let’s you see what your current zoning is and what the draft zoning might be. To help you use this new tool, please watch this instructional video (https://youtu.be/kDTdpTyd_ko).
Where and when is the Open House?
