[ARCHIVED] Come together to benefit youth and families with the Lonely Hearts Club

Lonely Hearts benefit concert, March 13

EVERETT – Families and music lovers are invited to sing along and dance to their favorite Beatles hits for a good cause at the Come Together benefit concert with the Lonely Hearts Club on Friday, March 13, 7:30-9 p.m. at Floral Hall (802 E Mukilteo Blvd., Everett). Tickets are $10 and now available online, by calling 425-257-8300 ext. 2, or at the door.

The Lonely Hearts Club, a Seattle-based Beatles cover band, offers attendees of all ages an exciting show with colorful audience rapport and all the Beatles favorites including “Penny Lane,” “Help” and many more. Proceeds benefit youth and families through the Everett Parks & Community Services Scholarship Fund.

“This concert is a great opportunity to bring yet another fun family activity to the park and the neighborhoods while also supporting our recreation scholarship program so more families and individuals can enjoy our programs, regardless of their financial status,” said Maryke Burgess, Everett Parks recreation supervisor.

Everett Parks & Community Services offers area residents the opportunity to participate in diverse, challenging and high-quality recreation programs that are accessible and affordable. The Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to Everett residents who might not be able to participate in parks programs due to financial constraints.
