[ARCHIVED] City of Everett Draft Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice

The City of Everett receives Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which requires programs to undertake Fair Housing Planning. An Analysis of Impediments upholds this requirement by identifying impediments to fair housing choice within the jurisdiction and present appropriate actions to overcome the effects those impediments. The Analysis of Impediments is in draft form and open to public comment until April 3, 2020. The Citizens Advisory Committee will hold a public hearing on February 26th, 2020 at 4 p.m. to discuss and take action on this document. Public Hearings are held in the Hearing Examiner’s Room, 2930 Wetmore Avenue, 8th Floor at the Everett Municipal Building.
