[ARCHIVED] Parks alert: Rotary boat launch and portions of Lowell Riverfront Trail closed

Parks staff closed the Rotary boat launch and sections of the Lowell Riverfront Trail on Saturday, Feb. 2 due to flooding. Please avoid the closed areas. Staff are monitoring conditions and will reopen closed areas when it is safe to do so.
