[ARCHIVED] Help sought to identify suspect in Everett robbery

EVERETT - Detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify the man who robbed a south Everett ARCO.

Just after 9:30 p.m. on January 14th, a man walked into ARCO (9931 19th Ave SE) and acted as if he was going to purchase merchandise. However, as he approached the counter, the man pulled a black handgun and demanded the store clerk open the register and give him all the money. The clerk refused and the man threatened him before grabbing merchandise and fleeing the store.

The man is believed to be African-American and wore a mask.
