The City of Everett has determined a "Finding of No Significant Impact" (FONSI) for the proposed project to be located at 3301 Lombard Avenue, Everett, WA. Site and project sponsor, Compass Health, will be using a minimum of 8 VASH Vouchers for a new 82 unit supportive housing with on-site supportive services. Other federal funds include Continuum of Care funding from Snohomish County; no City of Everett federal dollars are proposed for this project.
