The Everett Planning Commission held a meeting on June 4, 2019 to discuss the following agenda:
Item 1: Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program
Review and recommendation of the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the city’s coordinated transportation facility construction program for the years 2020-2025.
Item 2: ReThink Zoning – residential zones
A work session to review initial concepts for residential zones in Everett, including a review of potential housing types and general development standards.
The public is encouraged to attend future meetings and provide comments for consideration by the Planning Commission.
