EVERETT, WA – Median curb installation continues on Riverside Rd this Saturday, June 1st. From 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., drivers should expect single lane closures on Riverside Rd from the south end of the railroad bridge to E Marine View Dr. City crews will be installing concrete curbing to reduce unlawful U-turn traffic on Riverside Rd during evening commute periods. Since the work is on centerline, lanes will be narrowed, and flaggers will be present to direct traffic through the work zone. Any delays are expected to be short in duration.
Work is being done on Saturday to minimize impacts, business owners and patrons can expect one additional weekend lane closure to finish painting the curb.
