On May 7, 2019, the Everett Planning Commission held a meeting to discuss the following agenda:
Item 1: Shoreline Public Access Plan – proposed action
A public hearing to consider action on a proposed update to the city’s Shoreline Public Access Plan.
Item 2: ReThink Zoning – residential zones discussion
This is an initial discussion with the planning commission to review the existing zoning framework for residential zoning and to brainstorm options to further explore and analyze. More information about ReThink Zoning found at www.everettwa.gov/ReThink
The public is encouraged to attend and provide comments for consideration by the Planning Commission.
