The City of Everett Planning Commission held a meeting on April 16, 2019 to discuss the following agenda:
Item 1: Sign Chapter – proposed action
Consideration of action on proposed amendments regarding the city’s sign regulations in Chapter 19.36.
Item 2: Project Review Procedures – proposed action
Consideration of action on proposed amendments to Title 15, Project Review Procedures regarding the city’s sign regulations in Chapter 19.36.
Item 3: Land Division Code – proposed action
Consideration of action on proposed amendments to Title 18, Land Division Code regarding the city’s sign regulations in Chapter 19.36.
Item 4: Waterfront Place – public hearing and proposed action
A public hearing to consider amendment to the Planned Development Overlay (PDO) master plan for Waterfront Place. The proposed amendment would re‐align Weaver Street to a north‐south configuration instead of a north‐south to diagonal orientation.
Item 5: Other Business
The public is encouraged to attend and provide comments for consideration by the Planning Commission.
