Due to expected heavy snow accumulations and hazardous road conditions, Everett's utility billing office at 3101 Cedar Street will close at noon today. Utility customers will not be able to make payment or discuss account information with staff over the telephone or in person but can can make utility payments online at everettwa.gov/ub.
