Funding now available for tourism promotion

EVERETT, WA – The City of Everett’s Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) is now accepting applications for projects that assist with tourism development and promotion in the city of Everett. Public and non-profit agencies are encouraged to submit applications by 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019.  


The grant program is made possible through taxes imposed on hotel and motel room rentals in the city of Everett. Grant funds are awarded annually on a competitive basis to eligible applicants. Eligibility details and other program requirements are included in the application package that can be found at everettwa.gov/ltac.


Completed applications can be submitted to the City Clerk’s office, 2930 Wetmore Ave, Suite 1-A, Everett, WA 98201. If you have questions, require additional information, or are in need of technical assistance, please call Deb Williams, executive assistant to the City Council, at
