The Everett Planning Commission held a meeting on February 20, 2018 with the following agenda:
Item 1: Retail Marijuana Restrictions
A briefing to review current City Ordinance limiting the number of retail marijuana locations within the city.
Item 2: Electric Fence Regulations (public hearing)
A public hearing to consider amendments to the city’s zoning code regarding whether electric fences should be allowed in zones other than agricultural.
Item 3: Metro Everett (briefing on draft Zoning Use Chapter)
A briefing on draft chapter regarding permitted uses in the three zones proposed for Metro Everett: Urban Mixed (UM), Urban Light Industrial (ULI) and Urban Residential (UR).
