[ARCHIVED] Missing Everett man (Rick Metzer) has been found!

(Updated Release: January 15, 2018)

Rick Metzer has been located! While confused and disoriented, it does not appear he sustained any injuries but was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for a medical evaluation. He was found in an unoccupied unit across the hallway from where he lives but it is unknown when or how he got into the unit. A special thanks to everyone who assisted in looking for Rick!

On 1/8/2018, Rick Metzger walked away from his residence at 10710 Evergreen Way #H203, in Everett. Metzger was last seen at 4:00 a.m. on 1/8/2018.  He was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.  
Metzger is described as a 65-year-old white male with long, shoulder-length white hair, a shaggy beard, and he walks with a limp. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, and it’s likely he was wearing a dark colored jacket.  
Metzger has an attachment to Mukilteo Beach by the ferry terminal, so he may try to make his way there.
