CONSENT ITEMS:

(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,304,310.64 for the period of November 19, 2022 through November 25, 2022.

(2) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,569,315.91 for the period ending November 19, 2022.

(3) Authorize the Mayor to sign Job Order Contract Amendment No 2 to RFP #2021‐022 for General Construction Services to Forma Construction and Burton Construction Inc.

(4) Award and authorize approximately $500,000 annually in purchases from TD SYNNEX or TD SYNNEX authorized dealers through NCPA #01-97/COE #2022-112 for IT hardware and software.

(5) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Aspect Consulting for engineering support with WFP Waste Landfill.

(6) Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission regarding the acceptance and utilization of the Officer Wellness Program Grant in the amount of $152,000.

(7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Northwest Corrosion Engineering for Cathodic Protection and Coating Evaluation Services.

(8) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Otak, Inc., for Diking Improvement District No. 5 dike repair design services to extend the contract completion date.

(9) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Reid Middleton, Inc. for Post‐Earthquake Building Evaluation Training.

(10) Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with the Seattle Police Department regarding the acceptance, and utilization of the Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) FFY21 Grant in the amount of $106,700 in equipment.
