CONSENT ITEMS:


 

(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,607,179.40 for the period of November 5, 2022 through November 11, 2022.

 

(2) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,773,652.54 for the period of November 12, 2022 through November 18, 2022.

 

(3) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,519,268.87 for the period ending November 5, 2022.

 

(4) Authorize the Mayor to sign and adopt Amendment No. 1 to the Alliant Insurance Services Agreement to extend the term of the Agreement, update the compensation for services, and change the provisions in Section 6 to allow the City to make written request to change scope of services.

 

(5) Authorize the Mayor to sign and adopt Amendment No. 3 to the Vera Clinic Agreement to add Behavioral Health Services.

 

(6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement Between Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area Corporation (Community Transit) and the City of Everett (Everett Transit) Regarding the Cooperation Provision of Services.

 

(7) Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission regarding the acceptance and utilization of the FY23 Recreational Boating Safety (RBS) Federal Financial Assistance Grant in the amount of $17,574.81.

(8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Transpo Group USA, Inc., for on-call nonmotorized transportation planning and engineering services in the amount of $75,000.
