CONSENT ITEMS:

(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $993,157.04 for the period of October 22, 2022 through October 28, 2022.

(2) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,492,182.55 for the period ending October 22, 2022.

(3) Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements with Snohomish County regarding the sex offender address and residency verification program services, allowing the Everett Police Department to accept and utilize the funds in the amount of $101,000.00.

PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS:

(4) CB 2211-44 – 2nd Reading - Adopt an Ordinance levying the regular property for the City of Everett for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2023, on all taxable property, both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon. (3rd and Final reading and public hearing on 11-16-22)

(5) CB 2211-45 – 2nd Reading - Adopt an Ordinance levying the EMS property taxes for the City of Everett for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2023, on all taxable property, both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon. (3rd and Final reading and public hearing on 11-16-22)

(6) CB 2211-46 – 2nd Reading - Adopt an Ordinance creating a special construction project entitled “Culmback Building Police Property Room Relocation”, Fund 342, Program 035, to accumulate design costs for the project. (3rd and Final reading on 11-16-22)

(7) CB 2211-47 – 2nd Reading - Adopt an Ordinance to create a special construction Project entitled “Downtown Public Restrooms”, Fund 342, Program 037, to accumulate all costs for the project.

ACTION ITEM:

(9) Amend Resolution No. 7752 establishing City Council Rules and Procedures for Conduct to allow Councilmember remote participation upon approval of the Council President.
