Council Comments/Liaison Reports
(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,503,737.49 for the period of October 15, 2022 through October 21, 2022.
(2) Adopt a Resolution authorizing granting of utility easements to the Snohomish County PUD in City-owned parcels in the 2400 and 2300 Blocks of Lower Norton Avenue and authorizing conveyance to the City of one parcel in the 2400 block of Lower Norton Avenue.
(3) Adopt a Resolution to Establish Primary and Alternate Representation on the Washington State Transit Insurance Pool (WSTIP) Board of Directors.
(4) Authorize a Call for Bids for 2023 Biosolids Removal.
(5) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. in the amount of $2,491,914 (for total contract amount of $2,814,996) for performing detailed design for the CSO Storage at 36th Street Project (UP 3765) and time extension of the PSA.
(6) Award the Bid for the Water Filter Plant Portal 4 Improvements Project to IMCO General Construction, Inc. in the amount of $4,520,327.
(7) CB 2211-46 – 1st Reading - Adopt an Ordinance creating a special construction project entitled “Culmback Building Police Property Room Relocation”, Fund 342, Program 035, to accumulate design costs for the project. (3rd and Final reading on 11-16-22)
(8) CB 2211-47 – 1st Reading - Adopt an Ordinance to create a special construction Project entitled “Downtown Public Restrooms”, Fund 342, Program 037, to accumulate all costs for the project.
(9) CB 2211-48 – 1st Reading - Adopt an Ordinance creating a Special Construction Project entitled “Fire Training Center Project”, Fund 342, Program 036, to accumulate design costs for the project. (3rd and Final reading on 11-16-22)
(10) CB 2210-43 – 3rd Reading - Approve an Ordinance relating to animal control, amending EMC chapter 6.04 and 6.08.025.
