CONSENT ITEMS:

(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,596,438.14 for the period of July 23, 2022 through July 29, 2022.

(2) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with BHC Consultants to provide additional engineering consultant services for the WPCF TFI Bar Screen Upgrades project in the amount not to exceed $279,163.00.

(3) Authorize the Mayor to sign Emma Yule Park change order #1 for site improvements.

(4) Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2022-2024 Professional Services Agreement with Perteet for Emergency Planning Services.

(5) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Water Quality Combined Financial Assistance Agreement No.WQC-2022-EVERPW-00084 with the State of Washington Department of Ecology.

(6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Letter of Understanding between Community Transit and the City of Everett (Everett Transit).

(7) Authorize the mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with the Snohomish Conservation District to fund the Everett Street Tree Program in an amount not to exceed $8,700.00.

(8) Award and authorize the purchase of one 2023 Ford F150 Ford vehicle with Clary Longview LLC dba Bud Clary Ford/Hyundai from Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract #05916/COE #2018-117 for $45,730.71 including Washington state sales tax.

(9) Award and authorize the purchase of one Ford F150 Special Service Vehicle (SSV) with Clary Longview LLC dba Bud Clary Ford/Hyundai from Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract #05916/COE #2018-117 for $51,656.94 including Washington state sales tax.

(12) CB 2207-31 – 3rd and final Reading - Adopt an Ordinance updating the Park code, amending Everett Municipal Code chapters 9.06 and 46.80.030.

(13) CB 2207-32 – 3rd and final Reading - Adopt an Ordinance Relating to Domestic Violence and Violations of Protective Court Orders, Amending Chapters 10.02, 10.16, 10.22, and 10.23 EMC.
