CONSENT ITEMS:


 

(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,700,189.58 for the period of July 16, 2022 through July 22, 2022.

 

(2) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $5,039,359.42 for the period ending July 16, 2022.

 

(3) Authorize the Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Final Proposal (RFFP) for General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM) for the Everett Municipal Building-Public Works Tenant Improvements Project.

 

(4) Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement #1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with TranTech Engineering, LLC for construction support services for the Edgewater Creek Bridge Replacement for an additional $1,706,134.

 

(5) Accept the 2021 WPCF Trickling Filter Media Replacement Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion.

 

(6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Contract Amendment #2 for a total of $14,000 to Request for Proposal #2020-062 Procurement, Contract, and Grant Management to Streamlink Software Inc., dba Amplifund.

 

PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS:

 

(7) CB 2207-31 – 2nd Reading - Adopt an Ordinance updating the Park code, amending Everett Municipal Code chapters 9.06 and 46.80.030. (3rd and final reading on 8-10-22).

 

(8) CB 2207-32 – 2nd Reading - Adopt an Ordinance Relating to Domestic Violence and Violations of Protective Court Orders, Amending Chapters 10.02, 10.16, 10.22, and 10.23 EMC. (3rd and final reading on 8-10-22).

 

(9) CB 2207-33 – 1st Reading - Adopt an Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled “2023 Federal Pavement Maintenance Overlay” Fund 303, Program 127.

 

(10) CB 2207-34 – 1st Reading - Adopt an Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled “WFP Portal 4 Improvements” Fund 336, Program 018 and repealing Ordinance No. 3864-22.

 

ACTION ITEMS:


 

(11) CB 2207-29 – 3rd Reading - Adopt a Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled “Everett Municipal Building – Elevator Modernizations”, Fund 342, Program 030, as established by Ordinance No. 3757-20. (3rd and final reading on 8-3-22).

 

(12) CB 2207-30 – 3rd Reading - Adopt an Ordinance closing a special improvement project entitled “Police Headquarters – Window Replacements”, Fund 342, Program 031, as established by Ordinance No. 3758‐20.
