CONSENT ITEMS:
(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,700,189.58 for the period of July 16, 2022 through July 22, 2022.
(2) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $5,039,359.42 for the period ending July 16, 2022.
(3) Authorize the Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Final Proposal (RFFP) for General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM) for the Everett Municipal Building-Public Works Tenant Improvements Project.
(4) Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement #1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with TranTech Engineering, LLC for construction support services for the Edgewater Creek Bridge Replacement for an additional $1,706,134.
(5) Accept the 2021 WPCF Trickling Filter Media Replacement Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion.
