CONSENT ITEMS:


10.I.

(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,093,058.50 for the period of July 2, 2022 through July 8, 2022.

10.II.

(2) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,863,531.48 for the period ending July 2, 2022.

10.III.

(3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Everett and Port of Everett relating to Traffic Control of a Portion of Federal Avenue.

10.III.i.

(4) Award and authorize the purchase of one electric Ford vehicle from Clary Longview LLC dba Bud Clary Ford/Hyundai for $67,224.26, including Washington state sales tax, from Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract #05916/COE #2018‐117.

(5) Award the construction contract for the Police Firing Range Bullet Trap Replacement Project to Action Target in the amount of $477,516.
