CONSENT ITEMS:


 

(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,119,036.83 for the period of June 18, 2022 through June 24, 2022.

 

(2) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,841,212.36 for the period ending June 18, 2022

 

(3) Adopt Resolution authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $7,794,722.07 for the period of May 1, 2022 through May 31, 2022.

 

(4) Award Request for Quotation #2022-003 Traffic Signs, Blanks, Sheeting, Barricades, & Related Products to National Barricade Co LLC for one (1) year with three (3) additional one-year extension options for approximately $314,773 annually, including Washington state sales tax.

 

(5) Authorize the Release of Invitation for Bid #2022-054 Annual Gravel supply in the form substantially provided.

 

(6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Elcon Associates, Inc. for Inductive Charging Infrastructure in the amount of $56,360.00.

 

(7) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Perteet Inc. for work on the Housing Development Incentives Program (HDIP) Housing Action Plan Project.

(8) CB 2206-22 – 2nd Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to Tax Administration, amending EMC. 3.19.030. (3rd and final reading on 7-13-22).

 

(9) CB 2206-23 – 2nd Reading - Adopt an Ordinance relating to Utility Taxes, amending EMC 3.28.050 and EMC 3.28.090. (3rd and final reading on 7-13-22).

 

ACTION ITEMS:


 

(10) CB 2206-21 – 3rd and final Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled “Water Pollution Control Facility Combined Conveyance Improvements” Fund 336, Program 032.

(11) CB 2205-24 - 1st Reading - Adopt an Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled “Thornton A. Sullivan Playground Replacement”, Fund 354, Program 077, to accumulate project costs in the amount of $1,200,000. (3rd and final reading on 7-20-22).

 

(12) CB 2206-25 – 1st Reading - Adopt an Ordinance creating a special construction project entitled “Thornton A. Sullivan Dome Roof Replacement”, Fund 354, Program 076, to accumulate costs for the project in the amount of $30,000. (3rd and final reading on 7-20-22).

 

(13) CB 2206-26 – 1st Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, “Silver Lake Trail”, Fund 354, Program 075, to accumulate project costs in the amount of $1,330,000. (3rd and final reading on 7-20-22).
