Domestic Violence Prosecution

The Prosecutor's Office- Criminal Division emphasizes the strong enforcement of domestic violence crimes. Our team dedicates resources to quickly reviewing all domestic violence reports received from the Everett Police Department, making early contact to victims, and following through with evidence-based prosecution that holds offenders accountable for their criminal behavior.
