18th Street Pedestrian Improvements
This project includes construction of a new sidewalk, ADA ramps and associated improvements between Maple Street and Senator Henry M. Jackson Park in the Delta neighborhood.

Active Connections: California Street
This project will create a comfortable corridor for people biking, rolling and walking (also known as “active modes”) on California Street, connecting downtown Everett with the US 2 trail.

Active Connections: Citywide Bicycle Wayfinding
This project will construct 28 lane-miles of bike wayfinding on existing bike routes in 2023 to help bicyclists navigate to different parts of the City.

Active Connections: Fleming Bicycle Corridor
This project will construct a new north/south bicycle boulevard on Federal Avenue, College Avenue and Fleming Street from Madison Street to the pedestrian and bicycle overpass of Mukilteo Boulevard at Forest Park.

Active Connections: Fulton Street Bicycle and Pedestrian Corridor
This project will build bicycle facilities and fill in missing sidewalk on Fulton Street between Pacific Avenue and California Street.

Active Connections: Madison Street
This project will build buffered bike lanes along the curb of both sides of Madison Street as a part of the 2023 street resurfacing project.

Active Connections: Wall Street Connector
This project will create and upgrade pedestrian and bicycle connectivity from the Everett Station to the Angel of the Winds Arena.

Beverly Lake Water Quality Retrofit
The goal of this project is to improve water quality in Beverly Lake and Pigeon Creek No. 1. Stormwater is the water that picks up pollution as it flows over streets, parking lots and roofs. These new stormwater treatment structures will help remove pollution from the water before it enters Beverly Lake and Pigeon Creek No. 1.

Edgewater Bridge Replacement Project
This project will replace the Edgewater Bridge. The new structure will include two vehicle travel lanes, bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides.

Everett Mall Way - 4th Avenue to East Mall Drive intersection safety
This project will improve intersection safety along Everett Mall Way, from 4th Avenue to East Mall Drive.

Evergreen Pump Station Modification Project
This project includes the construction of several improvements to the existing pump station that shares a site with Reservoir 3, located at 6107 Evergreen Way.

Evergreen Way at 79th Place SE ADA improvements
This project will upgrade existing pedestrian facilities at Evergreen Way and 79th Place SE to current ADA standards.

Grand Avenue utilities replacement
This project will replace aging cast iron watermain and 100-year-old & undersized sanitary sewer, install new storm drainpipe and replace existing street pavement, curb and gutters.

Grand Avenue Park Bridge
This project constructed a multi-purpose bridge that provides an above-ground utility crossing and a pedestrian crossing between the park and the waterfront.

I-5 / US-2 Planning Study
This is a WSDOT planning level study that looks at the operational characteristics of the I-5 / US-2 interchange.

Interurban Trail to YMCA pedestrian improvements
This project includes pedestrian improvements to a portion of the Glacier View neighborhood.

Port Gardner Storage Facility
This project will redevelop the former Kimberley Clark industrial wastewater treatment plant to provide temporary detention and control of urban stormwater and combined sewer overflows.

Reservoir 2 replacement
This project will replace a 100+ year old, seismically vulnerable in-ground water reservoir with two 2.5 million gallon prestressed concrete cylindrical reservoirs.

Reservoir 3 replacement
This project will replace a 100-year-old, seismically vulnerable water reservoir with two replacement reservoirs totaling a minimum of 20 million gallons of storage.

Revive I-5
WSDOT will be working on I-5 in Everett between Lowell Road and East Marine View Drive starting Oct. 14, 2022.

Service Center redevelopment
This project is part of a process to replace the Public Works Service Center with modern, efficient facilities.

Sewer Lift Station #15
This project installs a new sewer pipe in Shore Avenue and replaces Sewer Lift Station #15 at Edgewater Park.

Summer street paving in Everett
Street resurfacing is scheduled at various locations for 2023. Crews grind down and remove old pavement, install new traffic detection cameras and wires, and repave and restripe the roadway.
